Welcome to Johnson Lexus of Raleigh Service
The Johnson Lexus of Raleigh Service Department is committed to giving you and your Lexus a service experience that you will not receive from another dealer or independent repair shop.
Our technicians are highly trained and certified by Lexus. Their skills are specialized, so they're the most qualified team to service your Lexus that you will find in the Triangle. The Johnson Lexus of Raleigh service team has over 300 combined years experience serving Lexus vehicles, so if your vehicle needs a unique service or repair, you can be confident that someone on our team will have the expertise it takes to find the right solution.
Our service department was designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. When you arrive, you will be welcomed by a valet, and your service advisor will meet you and review the services to be performed on your Lexus.
While you are waiting, you can relax in our Reading Lounge or Television Lounge, entertain your children in our Children's Play Area, or grab a cup of Starbucks Coffee and a cookie in our Cafe. If you need to catch up on e-mail or work, you can use one of our Private Guest Business Offices. Free WiFi is available for you to use throughout the Johnson Lexus of Raleigh Service Department.
Don't forget that you can visit the Lexus showroom to learn about the newest models in the Lexus line, and you can browse our extensive inventory of top-quality pre-owned vehicles.
If your service lasts longer than two hours, we will arrange for you to have a complimentary loaner vehicle (view our Loaner Vehicle Policy). We make every effort to ensure that having your Lexus serviced at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh is as convenient and delightful as possible!
