LOANER VEHICLE POLICY QUALIFICATIONS - SERVICE 2 HOURS OR LONGER

Service loaners are available for appointments that require service 2 hours or longer. Service loaner vehicles must be requested and reserved at time you schedule your appointment. The driver must be at least 21 years of age. Produce a valid driver license and current insurance card. Driver must be present to sign loaner agreement. Service loaners are provided for use on day/s of service only. Service loaners kept passed the agreed pick up time will be charged $75.00 per each business day, unless prior arrangements are made. Service loaners are not provided for Body shop repairs. Service loaners are not available for rental. Service loaner fleet consists of Lexus, Hyundai and Suzuki loaners. Rental vehicle will be provided to customer at no charge, should service fleet not be available. Specific make cannot be reserved. If a specific make requested, it must be approved by a Manager.
