My service advisor, Lonnie, has been wonderful. He listens, he looks at the vehicle to be sure he interprets my questions, and sometimes this eliminates the issue! This may mean a simple setting adjustment by him that eliminates an annoying issue for me! He is very open to questions and offers options, and will explain a setting until I get it! Kudos, Lonnie!
