What does your contract cover?
If the exterior painted metal surface of your vehicle should become damaged by weather induced fading, chalking, loss of gloss, or specifically weather induced acid rain, bird droppings or tree sap, a claim must be filed within 60 days from the occurrence. The damage will be repaired and the Ceramic Coating will be reapplied to your vehicle.
